The ON/OFF is a day/night feature where if the button is set to “O” it will only work at the set temperature however if turned into “I” it will work at -8°C of set temperature during the night And adjust +8°C during the day.The -13° that the front sticker indicates the calibration of the machine meaning that you have to adjust by removing -13°C
