Dirt and old grease have been cleaned off.
You can buy a CeramicSpeed service kit for restoring the bottom bracket (grease + seals). I would also recommend washing it again with a special solution designed for this type of bottom bracket.
I do not guarantee that it will work like new after restoration. It’s up to you to decide whether you’re willing to risk €50 for a chance to get a bottom bracket that’s actually worth €350.
